Intent Agent in Copilot
Led end-to-end design of an LLM-powered AI system translating ambiguous user intent into actionable workflows, exploring new human-AI interaction patterns grounded in trust and interpretability.
I design AI experiences at Microsoft that feel less like software and more like somewhere you'd actually want to spend time. I work on Customer Service Copilot in Dynamics 365 and build AI agents, turning complicated data and dense workflows into something anyone can actually use. My goal is simple: give people tools that do the hard work quietly, so everyone spends more time with their coffee than with their stress.
Curiosity about people and how they experience the world drives everything I do, from research sessions to random conversations. Outside of work, that same curiosity spills into painting and film photography, two mediums that have no undo button and are somehow better for it.
